Common questions
The site isn't loading or surfaces won't start
Try refreshing the page (Cmd+R / Ctrl+R). If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache and reload. The site works best in recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
No sound is playing
Check that your device volume is up and the in-app mute button (in the bottom controls) isn't toggled on. On iOS, the site plays audio even when the silent switch is on — this is intentional so you can hear the destruction sounds.
Haptics aren't working
Haptic feedback (vibrations) only works on devices that support it — most mobile phones and some laptops with haptic trackpads. Desktop mice and older devices won't vibrate. If you have a supported device and still don't feel anything, check that you haven't disabled haptics in your system settings (iOS: Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Vibration).
3D mode says "unavailable"
3D mode requires WebGL, which some older browsers or devices don't support. Try updating your browser, or just stick with 2D — all the stations work perfectly in 2D.
Is there a mobile app?
Vent Your Feelings runs in a mobile browser and can be added to your home screen. This support page does not link to a separate App Store or Android listing.
Can I use this on a Chromebook / tablet / older phone?
As long as your browser is reasonably modern (Chrome 90+, Safari 14+, Firefox 88+), the site should work. Performance might be slower on very old devices, but everything will still run.
Can I embed this on my site?
Yes! Check out /embed-this for a simple embed code. The bubble wrap station is pre-configured and ready to drop into any webpage.
Do you collect my data?
Paper, Bubble Wrap, and Water can be played without an account. Other stations use optional sign-in for Premium access. We send anonymous usage counts (which stations you played, how long) to our server, but anything you type in the write-it-out feature stays on your device. Stripe handles card details on its hosted checkout; we do not receive full card numbers. Full details: Privacy Policy.
Plans and billing
What is included for free?
Paper, Bubble Wrap, and Water are free with no account or sign-up. Other stations require sign-in and the $5 USD/month Premium membership. The anonymous Bubble Wrap embed remains free without an account.
How much is full access?
Full access to all stations is $5 USD per month as a recurring monthly subscription. There is no free trial. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
How do cancellation and payment work?
Checkout and card details are handled by Stripe on its external payment pages. You can cancel from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues through that period. Recurring charges stop after cancellation. We do not store full card details.

- Which browser and version you're using (Chrome 120, Safari 17, etc.)
- What device you're on (iPhone 15, MacBook Pro, Windows desktop, etc.)
- What happened right before the issue (e.g., "I switched to 3D mode and the page froze")
- Any error messages you saw
The more detail, the faster we can fix it.
